Refund Policy

The plain-English version: You can cancel anytime, and you keep access through the end of the month you've already paid for. We don't normally refund partial months, but we'll make it right if Obrazo charged you in error or if our service was meaningfully broken.
Free trial
Obrazo offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required up front. You won't be charged unless you choose a plan and provide a payment method after the trial ends. There's nothing to refund during the trial because there's no charge.
Monthly subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing, and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
Standard policy: no prorated refunds
We don't issue prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the end of that billing period — and we don't charge you again.
When we issue refunds
We will issue a refund in these cases:
- You were charged in error. Duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, or charges for a plan you didn't sign up for. Email us and we'll fix it within a few business days.
- The Service was materially unavailable. If Obrazo was down or critically broken for an extended period during your billing cycle, contact us and we'll review on a case-by-case basis. "Materially unavailable" means you couldn't generate proposals or access your data, not minor bugs or short outages.
- Within 7 days of your first paid month. If you sign up for a paid plan after your trial and decide within 7 days that Obrazo isn't right for you, email us and we'll refund the first month in full. This applies once per business.
When we don't issue refunds
- You forgot to cancel and got billed for the next month — but contact us anyway, we'll often work something out
- You changed your business model and no longer need Obrazo
- You used the Service significantly during the period in question
- Your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
How we actually handle this: The list above is the policy. The reality is that we want you to feel good about Obrazo, and we'd rather refund a borderline case than leave you frustrated. If you think you deserve a refund and the rules above are unclear, email us — we read every message and we're not trying to trap anyone.
How to request a refund
Email billing@obrazo.co with:
- The email address on your account
- The charge or charges you'd like refunded (date and amount)
- A short description of why
We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please email us first. Filing a chargeback through your bank without contacting us creates a paperwork burden on both sides and is almost always slower than asking. We'd rather just sort it out directly.
If a chargeback is filed and we believe it's not warranted, we may dispute it and we may suspend the associated account.
Annual or long-term plans
We don't currently offer annual or long-term plans. If we add them in the future, we'll update this policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days in advance.
