Refund Policy

The plain-English version: You can cancel anytime, and you keep access through the end of the month you've already paid for. We don't normally refund partial months, but we'll make it right if Obrazo charged you in error or if our service was meaningfully broken.

Free trial

Obrazo offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required up front. You won't be charged unless you choose a plan and provide a payment method after the trial ends. There's nothing to refund during the trial because there's no charge.

Monthly subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing, and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

Standard policy: no prorated refunds

We don't issue prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the end of that billing period — and we don't charge you again.

How we actually handle this: The list above is the policy. The reality is that we want you to feel good about Obrazo, and we'd rather refund a borderline case than leave you frustrated. If you think you deserve a refund and the rules above are unclear, email us — we read every message and we're not trying to trap anyone.

How to request a refund

Email billing@obrazo.co with:

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please email us first. Filing a chargeback through your bank without contacting us creates a paperwork burden on both sides and is almost always slower than asking. We'd rather just sort it out directly.

If a chargeback is filed and we believe it's not warranted, we may dispute it and we may suspend the associated account.

Annual or long-term plans

We don't currently offer annual or long-term plans. If we add them in the future, we'll update this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days in advance.
